History
Arabica coffee has its roots in the land of coffee origin Ethiopia, an area known for its excellent coffee. Yirgachefe, jimma, Harar, and Wollega regions are renowned for their exceptional coffee. There,
a small civet as the locals call it, Teregn lives among the trees. One of its favorite food is the plump, red, and brown coffee cherry. These adorable mammals consume the cherries whole beans. Inside the civet's digestive system, the beans experience unique chemical transformations and fermentation. Once they complete their journey through digestion, the intact beans drop to the forest. Gathered by collectors, they are thoroughly cleaned,
roasted, and ground just like traditional coffee beans. Due to the unusual collection process, Luwak Arabica is produced in limited quantities worldwide.
